Dear Adib,

 

Refer to the letter from Pejabat Daerah/ Tanah Petaling, they reject ( tidak menyokong) our project application due to the land title still not under PDB name. In other words, OSC is not accept our Building Plan application if this issue noot been resloved. For your information, NADI consult had prepared all the Building Plan application documents and drawing for submission. Currently pending PDB to resolve the land title issue, then we will proceed the submission.

 

For your information, the existing squatter at the site had been relocated. Please refer to the attachement for the photos.

 

According to NADI Consult, the next coming OSC meeting will be on 7 June 2011, we are targetting this coming OSC meeting for our project. If we miss this, we might have to wait for another month. Kindly assist to resolve the land title issue, so that our project still in track as per schedule.
